14573 is specifically designed for application in the Hewlett-Packard 4500 ICP-MS. The 14573 is specifically designed for the 4500 ICP mass spectrometer and is fully compatible with instrument hardware and software.
The mounting bracket and connections of the 14573 are designed for easy installation into the Hewlett-Packard 4500 ICP-MS. There are four electrical connections to be made to properly install the AF573. Electrical connections are made via the four sockets in the mounting bracket. The positions of the four connection sockets extending from the base of the multiplier, 1) neg. high voltage, 2) pos. high voltage, 3) the ion deflector and 4) the signal output.
